Porter Guest Information

Although the Monument Beach house was put into a trust for Porter family members, we do make it available for our friends to enjoy after the reservation process for family has been finalized, usually around March 1st each year. Please note these important conditions:

1. Availability is limited. (Family members choose rental dates in February.)

2. Once a date is confirmed, guests are expected to pay for the time that they have reserved, and full payment is due a minimum of 4 weeks prior to rental date.

3. Linen services are not provided (Most guests bring their own sheets and towels for convenience, and everyone is responsible for cleaning at their departure. A laundromat is located near the Bourne Bridge.)

4. Starting in 2019 weekly cleaning service is provided between 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Please leave the premise as neat as possible and vacate by 11:00 a.m. to allow the access for the cleaners.

5. No smoking allowed in or near the house.

If you are interested in being notified in the spring about any available weeks please email me (or call 802 773 4143) and I will add your name to a list of interested prospective renters. An email notifying you about available weeks and rates will be sent to you as soon as our own schedule is established in February.
