June 2010 - Wireless internet access arranged with Keelers, funded by ongoing donations to
the Coalition for Buzzards Bay. We will have a collection jar in the house and hope
that each family will donate $10 or more per stay. (Ruby Whale Guest/capehouse, Ruby Whale/gin&tonic)
-Boardwalk and seawall steps installed (Dave) - instructions for installation/disassembly
-New grill (Brinkman, purchased at Home Depot
- Palm shower added to deck

Oct 2009 - Schlage keyless deadbolt installed (Dave), log in to Porter Web for info and combination
- Oven broiler igniter replaced (Dave)
May 2008 - all mattresses in Suzanne's room replaced (Wayne)
Oct 2007 - Fireplace repaired, foot rinse added to deck (Dave)
Sept 2007 - routine septic pumping (Bousefield recommended 3 packets of yeast added per month in summer. Next
routine pump out should be in 2014.)
Summer, 2007 - kitchen and dining room walls painted (Suzy and Fred)
Oct 2005 - upstairs floor painted
June 2004 - (Cousins' week) - trim painted, miscellaneous repairs
June 2003 - New water heater (MacNally)
May 2003 - Picture window on southwest side replaced, mahogany frame, single pane glass (Dave, Wayne)
Sept 2002 - New mattresses and box springs - Jane's room (dates of purchase noted on mattresses)
May 2002 - New roof (Martineau Brothers, Pocasset)
